1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Norml (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the App.

2. Description of Service

Norml is an app designed to support general wellbeing and focus habits. It helps you reduce distractions, stay grounded, and rebuild steady focus without adding more stress to your day.

How to use Norml

  1. Complete a short onboarding to understand your focus patterns. Tell us what distracts you most, when you struggle with focus, and what you want to improve.
  2. Start building daily awareness. Use simple check-ins, grounding exercises, and intention setting to reset your attention throughout the day.
  3. Stay consistent and rebuild your focus. Track your progress, reduce digital distractions, and gradually strengthen your ability to stay present.

If you want to feel calmer, think more clearly, and regain control of your attention, Norml helps you get there with small daily resets. We're not another productivity app overloaded with complicated systems—our goal is simple: help you reduce distractions, stay grounded, and rebuild steady focus.

You still have to take the small daily steps. Norml simply gives you the structure, tools, and reminders that make building better attention habits easier.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Norml. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Subscription Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

  • Norml offers monthly and yearly subscription plans
  • Subscriptions provide access to premium features
  • Free trial periods may be offered (3 days)

4.2 Payment

  • Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store
  • Payments are charged through your Apple ID
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

4.3 Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through Apple's subscription management
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods

4.4 Price Changes

  • We reserve the right to change subscription prices
  • Price changes will be communicated in advance
  • Existing subscriptions will continue at the current price until renewal

5. User Content and Data

5.1 Your Data

  • You own all data you create in the App
  • You grant us a license to use your data to provide the service
  • You can export or delete your data at any time

5.2 Data Backup

  • We provide optional cloud sync features
  • You are responsible for backing up important data
  • We are not liable for data loss

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful code or malware
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the App
  • Interfere with the App's operation

7. Intellectual Property

  • Norml and its content are owned by ByteMind SIA
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission
  • All trademarks and logos are property of their respective owners

8. Disclaimers

8.1 General Disclaimer

  • Norml is for informational and support purposes only
  • We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from use of the App
  • Use the App at your own risk

8.2 Service Availability

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
  • The App may be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • ByteMind SIA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months
  • We are not liable for data loss or corruption

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ByteMind SIA harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Latvia.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination

  • We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately for violation of these Terms
  • Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ByteMind SIA regarding the App.
